Shopping for a bridal gown is an experience where in-person attention really makes a difference!

Our experienced bridal stylists are the key to making sure you look perfect on your special day.

Choosing the Right Gown

Finding the right dress for your big day takes time and personal attention. That’s why we welcome you into our store for a bridal consultation with one of our expert stylists! Rather than leaving you adrift in a sea of dresses, our consultants meet with you about your desired look, fit, and price point. Then, they select dresses for you to try on from our extensive private-label stock that are likely to be good fits for your body, your style, and your budget.

You are welcome to bring inspirational photos, Pinterest boards, Instagram ideas, family members, and friends! Your style and fit consultation should be a fun experience for you and your guests. We provide a comfortable, private area for you to try on and showcase a variety of dresses. Our stylists will help you find the perfect dress for you and discuss any enhancements, customizations, or alterations that may be appropriate.

Consultations are scheduled for 2 hours on weekdays and 1.5 hours on weekends.

Getting the Perfect Fit

Our knowledgeable, skilled fit consultants help you find the right dress for your shape and style with no stress.
We believe that every bride should look and feel beautiful on her special day!

Our onsite expert seamstresses can customize your dress in any way you want, from adding embellishments like belts or beading to altering necklines, adding or removing sleeves, shortening hems, and tailoring your silhouette for a perfect fit. We want you to look perfect in our dresses—and our dresses to look perfect on you.

In general, wedding gowns fall into four fit categories. Your bridal stylist will start by helping you select one or more styles that appeal to you and flatter your shape.

A-line Gown

A-Line Dresses

“A-line” dresses are fitted in the bodice and flow to the ground gently in a shape that looks like an upside-down capital “A.” These dresses flatter most figures and can balance out a heaver bottom half.

Ball Gown

Ball Gown Dresses

Ball gown or princess style dresses are fitted to in the bodice with a full skirt. This timeless shape minimizes your waist and flatters many shapes, but can overwhelm very petite brides.

Sheath Gown

Sheath Dresses

Sheath dresses fit close to the body and do not flare out. They are ideal for petite, very tall, or very slender brides.

Mermaid Gown

Mermaid Dresses

Mermaid or “fit-and-flare” dresses are fitted through the torso down to the knee and then flare out to the floor. They emphasize your curves and play up an hourglass figure.

A Dress for Every Budget

Figuring out how much to spend on a dress is an important part of your wedding budget. The national average cost of a bridal gown in 2016 was $1564. This average includes all retailers, from bargain-basement stores to haute couture salons. At Stacey’s, our average price is around $1400, and we provide more value for your dollar than many other bridal salons!

  • We design and customize our dresses in-house and order directly from the manufacturers. While other salons purchase from a wholesaler, we skip the middleman and pass the savings on to our brides.
  • Our skilled in-house craftspeople can customize any dress for any bride, giving you exactly what you want at a fraction of the cost of commissioning a custom gown.
  • Our on-site tailoring and alterations, included in the price of your dress, ensure a perfect fit—something other salons add significant charges to do off-site.

All in all, a Stacey’s creation is worth almost twice as much as a dress purchased elsewhere, and the personal service at our salon is incomparable.

Our one-on-one consultants and stylists will help you find a dress that fits your budget, with options from $500 to $8000 and everywhere in between.

Stacey’s carries a wide variety of unique bridal fashions in every style, price point, and level of formality. Whether you are looking for traditional styles or ultra-modern trends, we’ll help you find the right look for your whole wedding party. Once you pick out your own gown, we’ll help you select materials, color schemes, and styles for your bridesmaids, bridal party, groom, and groomsmen.

One modern wedding trend is to encourage wedding guests to coordinate their own attire, whether that’s requesting they dress in all one color (say, white) or shades of coordinating colors (like jewel tones or pastels). Stacey’s can help all your guests find wedding attire that works with your style and color schemes.
