REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All the Information

BRIDAL: All sales are final. All payments and deposits collected are non-refundable even in the event that the merchandise has not been ordered such as a cancelled wedding or attendant. Customer agrees to measurements, colors and size ordered and knows alterations are not included in sales price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made. All merchandise must be picked up within 14 days of merchandise arriving in store. A gown storage option can be purchased for $75 if customer wants to store dress at Staceys's. After 30 days of arrival any merchandise with an open balance will become Stacey's property.
PROM: All sales are final. All payments and retainers collected are non-refundable even for 5 Day Holds and 30 Day Layaways. Merchandise not paid in full and picked up by pick up date will be returned to the floor.
TUXES: All sales are final. All payments and deposits collected are non-refundable even in the event that the merchandise has not been ordered such as a cancelled wedding, attendant, or prom. Tuxes are to picked up the Thursday before the event before 5 pm. Replacements cannot be guaranteed if tuxes are not tried on and picked up on or before the Thursday prior to the event. Customer agrees to pay for any merchandise not returned concerning rentals and a $25 per day late fee for any item(s) not returned to Stacey's on the next working business day. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made.
Stacey's is not liable for any merchandise for any reason including stains, tears, or missing beadwork once it has physically left the store. Customer agrees to allow Stacey's to charge any credit card on file concerning proper party to cover any late fees or merchandise ordered and never picked up. No verbal agreements have been made between any customer and Stacey's. Furthermore, customer fully understands the contents of these store policies as stated above and does not hold Stacey's legally liable for any reason.
